Fitness Friday (4)

As you can probably tell from my lack of substantial posting, this week has been nuts. I’ve been getting a little overwhelmed with everything I have going on. I’m seeing progress in my endurance and strength, but it’s slow and difficult. Lisa said I should just bring work with me and grade while I’m riding the bike and stuff, but I’m not sure how well that would work.

Basically, I’m still figuring all this out and trying to figure out how to balance everything and still have time to be a human being. I’m not anywhere near quitting, but I’m definitely looking forward to being off the no-sugar thing seen. I’m more than halfway there!
